Today I have another simple food that is perfect for the 4th of July. It is a simple fruit kebab that just happens to be red, white, and blue. And these are so easy, that even little kids can help make them.
It is also easy to vary the fruit on these with what you have on hand or with what is in season.
These are a simple and fun way to incorporate some red, white, and blue food into your celebration.

Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 4 red apples
- 1 cup blackberries and/or blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries and/or strawberries
- skewers
Instructions
- Slice bananas and apples. Then place fruit on skewers alternating fruit.
- Serve and enjoy!
