I want to start by saying this is not a sponsored post. This post does contain affiliate links to Amazon, but USA Pans has no clue who I am. I am sharing about these pans because I truly love them.
I love and use these pans so much that they are often in my photos. I have received a lot of comments and emails asking about the pans, so I decided that it was time to highlight them in a post all by themselves.
USA Pans are sold on Amazon, but I first heard about them through King Arthur Flour catalog. I love King Arthur Flour, but their prices are a bit high, so I was thrilled when I discovered Amazon sold them. I think Bed, Bath, and Beyond and a few other home type stores also sell these.
Currently I have the bread pan, the jelly roll pan, the muffin tin, the cookie sheet, and the round pizza pan. I have gotten rid of most of my other baking pans and have switched to using these. The cake pans and 9×13 pan are on my wish list to get next.
I think there are two things that make these USA Pans my favorite. I love the ridges. They seem to really help the texture especially on my gluten free baked goods. I am not totally sure what it is about the ridges that makes things cook better, but I think they do.
The second thing I love is the coating. Foods come right out of these pans.
I do usually oil the pans lightly, but they don’t need much. I have no problems with food sticking to these pans.
Really I love these pans. I have had a couple of them for well over a year and the coating is holding up well. And I bake a lot so these pans get used a lot.
Have any of you tried the USA Pans? I would love to hear your thoughts if you have.

I got my first USA Pan by accident. I wanted a jelIyroll pan and the 9×13 jellyroll pan is what i was given!! Can you say INSTANT love!! Now I have the 10×15 and the 13 x 18 and 2 doughnut pans too!! I experimented with the doughnut pans- one lightly greased and nothing on the other…. it worked great either way -perfect doughnuts everytime. 🙂 I have cooked pork tenderloin to pizza to homemade bagel bites on the jellyroll pans and there has been no twisting in the oven .Clean up has been super easy with all of them!! just a little (and I do mean very little) elbow grease and they are sparkling like new. I love the weight of them too. Can you tell I’m a fan?? On my list is the 9×4 loaf pan and the 9 x 13 cake pan and the pizza pan… My plan is to replace all of my baking pans with them over time.

I did not know they had a doughnut pan! That is going on my wish list! I am like you I love them!

I have a Pullman loaf pan from USA Pans. It’s heavy-duty and very well made. I’m definitely impressed with the quality and will purchase pans from this manufacturer again.

I just have a USA mini muffin pan AND LOVE IT. No sticking even when a second batch is cooked in a dirty pan after the first. I too am wishing to replace my other pans with theirs one by one. They are worth the price.

Too bad aluminum is not safe to cook in.

Funny that I found your post. I am on my way to BBB to buy 2 USA loaf pans.

USA pans ROCK! The ridges are a secret to their success I am sure. I ONLY use USA cookie sheets as the cookies just slide right off onto the cooling racks. The pans have SQUARE sides so the baked product comes out of the pans beautifully and the end product has neat and clean edges. Plus THEY ARE MADE IN THE USA! They may cost a little more, but well worth every penny spent for the fine results they produce.

I’ll have to give these a try for sure!

I have the loaf pan and love it. I’m going to put the muffin pans on my wish list for Christmas.

My name is John Bundy the director of USA Pan bakeware. I would like to thank all of you on behalf of the USA Pan family. We thank all of you for supporting the American work force. Remember if the pan does not say USA Pan it is not ours. Many others are trying to copy what we have accomplished. We will continue to develope new and novel bakeware and cookware.
Just BAKE,
John Bundy

I too love the ease of these USA PANS and I have several and they work great and have held up for 3 years nice, however they are beginning to turn brown now is there an easy way to clean them back to their original color or appearance?
Sonja
My problem as well… love the pans but hate how they look! Want to know how to get them back to new luster! Thanks!
Lynn
The ones I use all the time, like the cookie sheets don’t look that great, but they still work so well. I am not sure how to get them back to that original more shiny look….
