Make a delicious quiche without the crust with this Crustless Bacon Cheeseburger Quiche.
Bacon, ground beef, and cheese combined together make a simple and delicious dinner!
This bacon cheeseburger quiche is so easy to make and tastes great. This meal is very kid and family friendly.
Quiches are great because they use basic ingredients and are easy to change up. I decided for this quiche to combine the flavors a cheeseburger in a quiche. It turned out great.
I love that this makes two quiches. I thought this would make two meals, but with three teens that did not work out quite so well.
It ended up being dinner with a few pieces left for lunch the next day. If you have a small family than this will probably be enough for two meals. For a larger family, or a family with teens, this is probably just one meal with a little left over.

YUM! I love to make quiche too. This one sounds delicious!

When do you add the mustard? With the ketchup?
Lynn
You actually add it to the liquid part. I just fixed the directions to include it. I am really sorry about that. Thanks for letting me know so that I could fix it.
Susan
Great! This is on the menu for tonight! 1/2 recipe though – I don’t have quite as many mouths to feed as you do. 🙂

Do you typically use a pie plate or cast iron skillet to cook this? I was wondering if it would all fit in my pie plate.
Lynn
I usually use two pie plates.

I see that now that I have read the directions fully. Sorry for the silly question. My family loved this dish. They were all a little leary at first, but absolutely loved it.

If you omit the ketchup would it be ok? I need to Keep it very low carb
Lynn
Yes I think you could easily do that. You might want to add a little extra other seasoning to make up for the flavor, but one of the reasons I love quiche is because it is easy to change up. I hope you enjoy it!
