Gluten free breakfasts can be a challenge, but these easy and delicious baked oatmeal muffins are the perfect gluten free breakfast. They also make a great make ahead and freeze breakfast.
I have been making various versions of these for years. All you have to do to make these are to take any of my baked oatmeal recipes and make them in a muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 15-19 minutes. It is that easy.
And all you have to do to make any of my baked oatmeal recipes gluten free is to use gluten free oats and read labels on ingredients like chocolate. That is it. They are easy to make gluten free. I do have one baked oatmeal that has Biscoff in it and that one is not gluten free, besides that they all can easily be made gluten free.
Now baked oatmeal and baked oatmeal muffins all contain oats. My family can tolerate gluten free oats, but I know some of you can’t. If you can have gluten free oats though these baked oatmeal muffins make a great gluten free breakfast for busy mornings.
