Instant Pot Chicken Legs are so easy to make and only use a few ingredients!
My family loves chicken drumsticks! They love eating them and I love how inexpensive they are to buy. I also love how easy they are to cook.
I like to use my slow cooker for cooking chicken, but I recently discovered how easy it is to cook chicken in my Instant Pot.
Today I am giving you both versions of this. For those of you that love your Instant Pot you can use the Instant Pot version. For those that don’t have an Instant Pot, you can use the slow cooker. Either way they are delicious!

Are you putting the chicken on a rack? Or directly into the water?
Lynn
I use the rack. I am sorry that was not clear. I just updated the recipe to make that clear. I hope that helps.

Would the same recipe work if the chicken was frozen or would you have to adjust the time?
Lynn
I haven’t tried it with frozen chicken. It would probably work, but you would definitely need to adjust the time.

How about using the Instant pot as a slow cooker, what temp and how many hours is needed for a 4 pcs drumstick?
Lynn
I haven’t used my Instant Pot much as a slow cooker. I have made this same recipe in my slow cooker though. Here is the link for that. I am guessing it would work in the Instant Pot as a slow cooker too. I hope that helps. https://www.lynnskitchenadventures.com/easy-slow-cooked-chicken-legs/
