I mentioned a few weeks ago that my sister made some really good gluten free desserts when I was visiting my family in Oregon. One of the desserts she made had a chocolate rice crispy type crust that I loved.
I knew this crust would work great for all kinds of no bake desserts, so I gave it a try recently and used my no bake chocolate cheesecake recipe for the filling and it was so good.
I mean really how can you go wrong with a chocolate cheesecake filling and a chocolate crust.
And this really is one of those desserts that no one would know was gluten free. I made it for a church picnic recently and had several people tell me how good it was. When I mentioned that it was gluten free, they could not believe it.
If you are looking for a gluten free dessert that will impress anyone, then you really need to make this one.
And if you love chocolate as much as I do, you really need to make this.
Simply take my no bake chocolate cheesecake and use a gluten free crust.

I’m going to have to try this, looks so yummy! I love no-bake recipes too!
Would love for you to stop by my new gluten free baking blog!

So, did your sister just not want you to share how she made the crust, or did you just not upload it? I’m not a very experienced baker, and I need to have a recipe to follow… Telling us about the awesome recipe and then not helping us achieve it isn’t very helpful (and quite frankly a waste of my time)… I’m trying to make a gluten free chocolate cheesecake for a coworker who helped me out, and I haven’t found a good recipe for it yet. I was really hoping that your website would be helpful but all I’ve found is a crust-less cheesecake that I don’t want to do.

I am sorry. This is an old post that I did not realize wasn’t updated. My sister used to have a blog that I linked to where you could get the recipe. She no longer has that site. I am sorry. I will try to get the recipe from her and share it. As far as making a gluten free crust I have used gluten free graham crackers and also gluten free cookies and it works great, so that might an option for what you need.
