If you have read my site for long, you probably know that my family loves baked oatmeal. It is one of our favorite breakfasts and I know it is a favorite for many of my readers as well.
I know I have a lot of new readers, and I also wanted an easy way to find all my baked oatmeal recipes at once, so I decided to put together a round up post of all my baked oatmeal recipes.
If you have never tried one of my baked oatmeal recipes, you really need to. Baked oatmeal will make even the non-oatmeal eaters enjoy oatmeal.
Double Chocolate Baked Oatmeal
Peaches and Cream Baked Oatmeal
Orange Cranberry Baked Oatmeal
Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Oatmeal
Strawberries and Cream Baked Oatmeal
Soy Butter or Sunbutter Baked Oatmeal – For this just use soy or sunbutter in place of peanut butter in my peanut butter baked oatmeal. It works great.
I also did a whole post on tips and facts for making baked oatmeal. It will answer all your questions about making it ahead, freezing it, and what kind of oats you can use.
I know many of you have tried and love my baked oatmeal. I would love to hear what version is your favorite or what you have tweaked to come up with your own favorite version.

Hi Lynn!!! Since finding your blog, I have tried several of your recipes and have loved every one of them. But….the baked oatmeal – I can’t say enough about it!! HA! Such a simple (and frugal!) ingredient but yet, oh so good! It is now our favorite “go-to” breakfast. Our favorite is the blueberry and coconut so….I combined the two and it is fantastic. I have passed this recipe on to so many people…and always give you credit and tell them to checkout your blog. Thanks for sharing your recipes!!
Lynn
Thank you. I am so glad you found my site and enjoy my recipes. And the blueberry coconut combination sounds delicious! I am going to have to give that a try. Those are great flavors together, but I never thought to combine them. Thanks for sharing that and thanks for reading!

Your baked oatmeal recipes are awesome! I have some wild plums I’d like to try. Any thoughts if I should use one of your recipes and just replace with the plums?
Lynn
Yes, I think you could easily add any fruit to the baked oatmeal and make it work. I would probably do the peach version or the strawberry version and use plums. I would love to hear how it works with plums.
