Hey Lynn! Love the inspiration here these days! My favorite homemade freezer items for breakfast are definitely waffles and french toast. I prefer them re-toasted anyway in the toaster than first time around because they are so much crispier. Even now that its just my hubby and me, I still keep those things in the freezer for toasting, for breakfast or for supper. So much better homemade! I tend to also keep extra muffins and quick breads (banana bread, pumpkin bread, zucchini bread) in the freezer for breakfast as well as frozen homemade (unbaked) cinnamon rolls and homemade (unbaked) biscuits.. The biggest problem is that we have been stocking up lately and now I can’t remember what all I have in there. I need to inventory and at least make a list!
Take care and have a great week!
Lynn
All of those are great freezer foods! I have tried keeping freezer inventories, but I was never very good at keeping it updated. I need to get better at it as well. I have found a few things in my freezer recently that were several years old… a freezer inventory would have prevented that.
