Here is this week’s gluten free menu plan. I made notes next to the items that you need to be sure are gluten free, but as always read labels to be sure the ingredients are safe for your family.
Breakfast
Peaches and Cream Baked Oatmeal ( Use gluten free oats)
Instant Pot Boiled Eggs and fruit
Dinner
Broccoli Bacon Pasta Salad-Use gluten free pasta
Crock Pot Beef and Bean Casserole ( Be sure your taco seasoning is gluten free or use homemade gluten free taco seasoning)
Slow Cooked Southwest Chicken Legs
Gluten Free Dessert of the Week
Microwave Peach Cobbler- -This works great with gluten free oats and a gluten free flour blend.
