Can I use other fruit?
Yes, this would work well with freeze dried raspberries or blueberries. I haven’t tried it with dried apples, but I think that would work as well.
Are homemade granola bars gluten free?
If you use gluten free oats and gluten free rice cereal they are gluten free. Be sure to read labels to make sure your oats and cereal are gluten free.
If you are gluten free be sure to do your research on gluten free oats. My family can tolerate gluten free oats, but some that are gluten free cannot. Do your research and use what you feel is safe for your family.
