Tuna Quiche is an inexpensive, easy to make, recipe. It uses everyday ingredients that you almost always have on hand and makes a great breakfast, lunch, or breakfast for dinner.
Tuna is the often forgotten about inexpensive protein that most of us always have on hand.
With grocery prices rising I am going to start singing the praises of ingredients like tuna.
It doesn’t matter if you use simple grocery store canned tuna, pouched tuna, or a more gourmet canned tuna from the health food store, tuna is almost always an inexpensive protein.
One of the reasons it is inexpensive is because it doesn’t have to be the star of the meal. In recipes like this tuna quiche, you can make a can or two of tuna stretch to serve quite a few.
Tuna can be used as tuna burgers, tuna soup, tuna quesadillas, tuna melts, and of course tuna sandwiches.
And even though ingredients like eggs and milk are also rising in price, they are still fairly inexpensive ingredients compared to other things.
I make this tuna quiche recipe crustless so that it is gluten free, but if you like a crust feel free to pour this into a crust like you would a regular quiche.
I am pretty sure you know what a quiche is and that the main ingredients are eggs, milk, and cheese, so let’s get right to the tuna quiche recipe.
