If you need some last minute Christmas desert or candy ideas I think you will love one of these recipes I made for our Office Christmas Party 2024.
We did finger food, appetizers, and drinks. This year, I made two different cookie recipes, two fudge recipes, a shortbread cookie bar, and some other delicious treats.
We served meat, cheese, crackers, and vegetables for appetizers and finger foods.
I made my bacon cheddar dip that everyone loves. It is a must make every year.
I also tried a new spinach dip that I really liked, but it called for fresh spinach and I want to try it with frozen spinach before I share the recipe.
Now for the desserts. I make more than we need because the staff takes the leftovers home for their family.
It is fun to share the candy and cookies with the staff and their families.
The Shortbread Chocolate Caramel Bars were my favorite recipe this year. If you love shortbread cookies, I think you will enjoy them.
I haven’t made my Coconut Macaroon Cookies in years. I need to make these more often.
I made homemade Andes Mints and they were delicious!
I made Homemade Heath Bars, another one of my favorites.
I also made coffee fudge. This is another must-make every year. It is always a hit with people who love coffee.
Marshmallow fudge was another new recipe that I loved this year. It was such an easy fudge to make.
At the last minute, I decided to make pretzel bark. It is chocolate and pretzels. It also works great with gluten-free pretzels.
For cookies, I made gluten-free drop sugar cookies. I love making cookies this time of year because they are an easy make-ahead dessert.
I made these cookies several weeks before the party and just defrosted them the day fo the Christmas party.
My daughter made peppermint bark. This is a recipe that we have been making for years. You can probably tell that by the very outdated photos.
What fun recipes have you been making this year?
