Blueberries, Blueberries, Blueberries

July and August are the perfect time for blueberries in most parts of the country. Ours have been going strong for a few weeks now and we have been enjoying lots of them.

We love eating blueberries fresh from the garden, but our favorite way to enjoy blueberries is for breakfast.

We love them for breakfast in Blueberry Granola Breakfast Bake.

But we also love them in Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

and in my sister’s Blueberry French Toast.

And I can’t forget about Sour Cream Blueberry Pancakes

I also make a gluten free version of Sour Cream Blueberry Pancakes. They taste as good as the regular ones.

We also love blueberry muffins.

And I have a gluten free version of blueberry muffins that we enjoy.

Do you enjoy blueberries for breakfast?

All of your blueberry ideas look delightful! I like blueberries a lot, too. They’re so versatile.

@Pat @ Elegantly, Gluten-Free, Thank you. I need to work on some more gf blueberry items. So much of what I made dessert wise with blueberries are my older recipes that I need to adapt. But that all takes time and patience. 🙂

I just picked up 10lbs on Saturday and they are half gone already. My daughter loves to eat them frozen and I love them in my homemade yogurt.
