One of the things that I learned early on in my gluten free and allergy journey is that there is a wide variety of opinions on how things should be done. And most people are not afraid to speak their opinion and make clear what they think.
The reality is though that we all do gluten free and allergies a little differently. We all live different lives, with different circumstances, and the choices my family makes may not work for your family.
Linda is having a great discussion on this subject over at The Gluten Free Homemaker. She has some great points and thoughts on the subject and it is worth reading. And be sure to read through the comments also because there are some great thoughts there as well.
And thanks Linda for covering a subject many people avoid.
