Here is this week’s gluten free menu plan. I made notes next to each recipe on what needs to be gluten free, but as always be sure to read labels to make sure your sausage, chips, tortillas, soy sauce, etc., are gluten free.

Bacon and Cheese Microwave Omelet
Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal – Use gluten free oats
Gluten Free Dinners
Gluten Free Biscuits and Gravy-breakfast for dinner
Easy Pasta Sauce over gluten free pasta
Ground Beef Fried Rice – Use gf soy sauce
Slow Cooked Bean with Bacon Soup
Crock Pot Beef Sandwiches ( I use gluten free soy sauce and serve these on gluten free bread or bunless)
