Stir fried cabbage and pork may not be a pretty or a fancy meal, but it is an easy and healthy gluten free dinner. All you have to do to this to make it gluten free is use gluten free soy sauce.
Stir fried cabbage and pork is a recipe that I shared last year on my main site. My family loved it because it kind of tastes like an egg roll, but in a bowl. I love that because rolls are not exactly easy to find or to make gluten free. In fact, I have not had an egg roll since going gluten free. So, stir fried cabbage and pork is a great meal when you want that egg roll type flavor, but can’t find it gluten free.
I will also add that I am not a huge cabbage lover. I eat it in some things, but I am picky when it comes to eating cabbage, but I love this. It is one of my favorite Asian type dinners to make at home.
And not only do I love how this tastes, I love how quick and easy it is to make. This is definitely a 30 minute or less dinner gluten free dinner. It is more like a 15 minute gluten free dinner.
I like to use ground pork in this because I like the flavor, but you could easily use a gluten free ground sausage or another ground meat like beef or chicken.
