In my quest to try and use more whole grains in my cooking I decided to try and make my banana bread a little healthier. I used my regular Martha Stewart Banana Bread recipe. I used 1/2 whole wheat. I did use the white whole wheat though. I really like it. In fact no one even said a thing. Not even my husband who can usually taste whole wheat in things. So, I will definitely be making my banana bread with part whole wheat from now on.
I like the white whole wheat and have had good success so far. Has any one else tried it? How do you think it compares to regular whole wheat?
