If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook you might have seen that I have been sick. I will spare you the details, but let’s just say the last two weeks have not been fun, and I am slowly easing my way into eating real food again.
Nothing makes you appreciate good health, good food, and modern medicine quite like being extremely sick and unable to eat or do much. Thankfully I am feeling much better and am almost back to normal.
My kids have pretty much taken over life in the kitchen the last two weeks. I have done a few things, but when you can’t eat much you don’t really feel like being around food. The advantage to having teens is that they can pretty much take over and do what needs done.
