New Print Feature

I am so excited about a new feature I am offering on my site.

Over the last year, I have received many request for a print recipe feature on my site.

In the past I have offered a print feature, but it printed the whole post, which is not the way most people want the recipe printed. I know most of you prefer to print just the recipe, not everything else, and that is the way I prefer to print recipes.

And not only did you have to print the whole post, the feature was a bit picky, sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not.

So, I very excited about my new print recipe feature.

You will no longer have to print the whole post! You can now print the recipe only!

At the top of each recipe there will now be a tab that says print recipe. Click on that tab, and it will print just the recipe. No post and no pictures! Just the recipe!

Can you tell I am excited about this? 🙂

Now, I do have a few older posts, that I have to go in and tweak for this new feature, but the majority of my recipes have been fixed already to include the print recipe feature. If there is a recipe on my site that you want to print and it does not have the tab, please email me through my contact form with the title of the recipe, and I will get it fixed.

Also, not all browsers are the same, if you click the button, and it’s not working right, check your printer preferences like printing backgrounds, etc.

And the print preview in the browser is not necessarily what will be printed (bullets and such may be missing).
