This easy-to-make no bake berry pie was the last minute dessert that I made for Father’s Day.
It made for the perfect dessert!
All you need are six ingredients to make this dessert.
You can adapt it with strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries, depending on what berries are in season.
The crust for this is also easy to adapt.
You can use a store-bought graham cracker crust, a store-bought chocolate crust, or a homemade graham cracker or chocolate crust.
You can even use a store bought gluten free crust or make your own homemade gluten free chocolate crust like I did.

A few simple ingredients are all you need for this delicious summer pie.
- graham cracker pie crust, chocolate crust, or gluten free graham cracker or chocolate crust
- strawberry, raspberry, or blackberry jam
- cream cheese
- powdered sugar
- strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries
- Cool Whip
No Bake Berry Pie
A simple and delicious no bake summer berry pie.
Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust, chocolate crust, or gluten free graham cracker or chocolate crust
- 1/2 cup strawberry, raspberry, or blackberry jam, use the same flavor or jam as you do berries
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries, mashed slightly
- 1 - 8 ounce container of Cool Whip
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine jam, cream cheese, and powdered sugar and beat until well combined.
- Fold in the berries and then fold in the Cool Whip.
- Spread into graham cracker crust and refrigerate for several hours or until ready to serve
- Enjoy!
Notes
For the gluten-free version, use a gluten-free crust and read the labels to make sure that the ingredients are gluten-free.
