I skipped my menu plans the last couple of weeks, but wanted to be sure to get one up this week. Menu planning is one of the best ways to save time and money in the kitchen. When I take a week or two off I always regret it.
That picture above is my grandma’s two ingredient ice cream sandwiches. They are so easy and so good! Kids love them. And they are this week’s dessert of the week because they are perfect for summer!
