GIVEAWAY OVER
The winner is Melissa- melizajane20@
I sent you an email.
I am so excited about this review and giveaway.
Before going gluten free I loved baking and made all kinds of things. I even ground my own flour and loved the benefits of fresh ground whole wheat, but then gluten free eating entered my life. Grinding my own flour was no longer an option and my flour mill was set aside and eventually given away to a friend of mine.
Recently though I was contacted by WonderMill about reviewing their mill for grinding gluten free flours. I can not tell you how excited I was for a chance to grind my own gluten free flours.
I started with grinding my own rice flours and tried them in three gluten free recipes that I have made many times. I made my chocolate chip cookies, my pizza crust, and in our new favorite pancake and the rice flours I ground myself worked perfectly. I could not tell a difference at all.
You can read my full review of the WonderMill and gluten free flours in my allergy section. And whether or not you are gluten free I really encourage you to read my review. I am impressed with the WonderMill and how it works.
The WonderMill is great for grinding all kinds of things not just gluten free flours. You can use this for wheat, corn, and various other things. This mill would be great for anyone wanting to give grinding their own flours a try.
And the good news is that the great people at WonderMill not only sent me a mill to try, they are giving away a mill to one of my readers!
Yes, one of you will win a WonderMill!

I’ve always wanted to try doing my own grinding.. I have heard such good things about the flavor and health of anything you make if you grind your own flours. I have just recently started to branch out from plain ole flour and am loving this great adventuer… so adding grinding my own would be a plus. I makes me feel like I am doing the best for my family if I cook as much from scratch as I can so this will add to that. And I have always wanted to try garbonzo bean flour.. with my own mill, I could grind my own. I love in the review that the LG motor is “the best”… I have an LG washer and dryer and LOVE LOVE LOVE it. And that they want their customers to be as happy as possiblle. That’s huge important for me when looking for anything. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.. This might be the best new thing for my kitchen.
Sara

Jodie
I would LOVE a wondermill. I have borrowed my sister’s before and it is heaven. I have been trying to work one into my budget for a long time, now but have not been able too.
We have known that my 7 year old is autistic (Asperger’s) for over 1 year now and I have heard lots of success stories of gluten free diets. But the cost or gluten free products is just too much that I haven’t been able to make the plung. Our income is really tight with our family or 6. A free grinder would be just the gift I need to give it a try.
Valerie
I just came across your site today. I am looking forward to trying out some of your recipes!
Nancy Michel
The WonderMill would be a helpful addition to my bread baking. I currently grind 1/4 cup of rice, and other grains to try and make my own blends for gluten free baking. My grandson has food allergies and is still having problems but they haven’t “gotten to ” gluten yet, so I’m trying to come up with bread and goodies that a 5 yr old that is starting kindergarten next week. He wants to be like all the other kids and have homemade treats in his school lunch. Winning this Mill would be such a blessing.
Stephanie
This would be a fabulous win for my family. After several years of gastro-problems we are moving to go gluten free. Despite the need I am nervous to as we love to bake/cook. My mother in law and I go in on bulk grain purchases. She has a grain mill, but I don’t. I go to her house once a week or so to grind a big jar of flour to keep in the freezer. While I still think it tastes way better than store bought flour, I would love to be able to have that just-milled taste everyday. This is a great giveaway! Glad to have found your blog!
Jen Bingham
I am VERY interested in trying a gluten-free diet as I am suspicious my seasonal allergies may be directly related to the over-abundance of wheat in my diet. I have always wanted to grind my own flour as well, so this is a great idea!

I never really thought I would be able to grind my own grains. I purchase wonderful whole grains at my local coop, where I also purchase my flours. To be able to grind my own at home would give me full control over freshness, coarseness, and quality of my baking flours–how fun and empowering that would be!
Becka
I have been considering the purchase of a grain mill for some time now. It would be wonderful to win one! I have enjoyed reading your blog and have learned many new ideas.

A grinder like this has been on my wish list for a couple of years now. I make all of our bread and presently buy my flour from a lady who grinds it for me. I know a few people who need to eat glutten free and it would be nice to be able to make glutten free flour to make them glutten free breads. So my fingers and toes are crossed that I win this! 🙂

We are sprouting and grinding our own flour in our effort to move toward a healthier lifestyle. We have been buying sprouted grain bread but it is expensive. I use to bake all our bread before we started eating the sprouted grain and would like to get back to baking our bread again. I love providing it for my family and love the savings too.

I would like to grind my own flours for two reasons: Number one – freshly ground flours would have higher nutritional qualities and Number two – grinding one’s own flour would be less expensive than buying pre-ground flours. The Wondermill looks like a great kitchen addition for the health-conscious and frugal baker!

I have been wanting to try grinding my own flour for a long time, but finances to purchase one, and the fear of the unknown and what to buy has also come into play. All of the research I have done has shown that the most beneficial nutrients remain in the flour right after you grind it….
AJ Olson
This is a awesome giveaway! Have checked out various mills but the price holds me back. Our local coop carries the various grains so that is available. From what I’ve read about, the freshly ground grains made into breads tastes out of this world!! Would love to own one!
